Optical Dispenser and Keyholder Job Opportunity

Join our team of passionate professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and providing an affordable, unique and fashionable product to all.

As an Optical Dispenser and Keyholder, you will be responsible for receiving patients and prospective clientele, providing eye care and eyewear styling advice, dispensing lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by our Optometrists, building meaningful relationships with our clientele, and assisting with opening and closing procedures.

  • Providing expert guidance on eye care and eyewear selection to patients and clients
  • Assisting in the dispensing process, ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery
  • Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Supporting store operations, including opening and closing duties

Key Requirements:
  • 1+ years experience in optical or 2+ years retail sales experience
  • Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills

  • Ability to build trusting and respectful relationships
  • Self-motivated and positive approach to work

Optical Dispensing Certificate IV is highly desired but not essential.
