Medical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our Mental Health Clinical Program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing medical leadership and governance for all clinical work within the program.

• Provide medical leadership and governance for all clinical work within the program
• Contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators and strategic deliverables for the program
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver best practice clinical outcomes
• Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to achieve program goals

• Appropriate specialist qualifications for a consultant registerable as a psychiatrist with the Medical Board of Australia
• Hold and maintain appropriate registrations with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
• Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate others
• Experience in a senior clinical leadership role, including experience in the planning and provision of health services
