Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full Time Shop Assistant. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and promoting a safe and appealing shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering great quality food and good value to customers.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with all products
  • Maintain fresh and appealing displays by ensuring the store is fully stocked and clean with creative displays
  • Maintain accurate department signage and pricing
  • Promote a safe, clean, and well-organized working and shopping environment
  • Assist with food crew sampling programs, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing
Requirements
  • Essential Skills:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Possess a passion for good food
