Frontend Developer Role

At Pyramid Global Technologies, we are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team. As a Frontend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining software that enables customer interaction with complex network technologies and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate customer needs into reusable API-based micro-services, UI components, and UI workflows.
  • Negotiate backend API requirements and work with product owners to develop business and technology roadmaps.
  • Utilise on-premises and cloud technologies to deploy and host applications.
  • Manage frontend codebases and integrate solutions by executing on security and operational requirements.
  • Assess the capability of third-party and open-source libraries and tools to meet business requirements.
  • Develop platform-specific technology functionality and participate in a DevOps and DevSecOps environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • Typically 5-10 years of experience in an operational and/or software engineering role.
  • Strong experience in technologies such as Node, Angular, and React JS.
  • Exposure to network automation, software-defined networking, and NFVi concepts.
  • Proven programming experience and practical experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines.
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Key Technologies and Skills:
  • Node, Angular, and React JS.
  • API integration, Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines, and DevOps teams, practices, and tools.
