Senior Landscape Architect

The role of a Senior Landscape Architect encompasses leading and managing diverse projects from concept through to delivery. Collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and internal design disciplines is crucial for success. This position requires staying hands-on with project documentation in Revit, mentoring and supporting less experienced team members, delivering high-quality design outcomes across education, community, and urban sectors, and contributing to a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture.

This opportunity allows an experienced landscape architect to take the next step in their career, working on a variety of projects that span schools, community spaces, and urban design. The successful candidate will have a degree in landscape architecture or equivalent, 5+ years' experience as a landscape architect, strong design and documentation skills, proficiency in Revit, and excellent project management, client liaison, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage diverse projects end-to-end, from concept through to delivery.
  • Closely collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal design disciplines.
  • Remain hands-on with project documentation in Revit.
  • Mentor and support less experienced team members.
  • Deliver high-quality design outcomes across education, community, and urban sectors.

About You
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
  • 5+ years' experience as a Landscape Architect, with strong design and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Revit.
  • Excellent project management, client liaison, and coordination skills.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and suited to a small team within a larger firm.
  • Passionate about creating functional, sustainable, and meaningful spaces.
