As an Early Years Educator, you will be a vital part of our Centre Leadership Team, working alongside Teachers and Educators to forge your career while studying towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for children, families, and team members.
  • Contributing to the education program in the room and centre team.
  • Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.
  • Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must:

  • Not hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years.
  • Have a permanent right to work in Australia.
  • Display strong communication skills, good time management, and organizational skills.
  • Show enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
  • Be willing to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
