Nursing Leadership Opportunity in Aged Care

Brightwater Care Group has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse to take on a Clinical Nurse Manager role at our Onslow Gardens facility.
The successful candidate will work in partnership with the site Service Manager to ensure high standards of clinical care, consistent with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Brightwater's Clinical Governance Framework. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and support to a team of health professionals, promoting holistic care to clients in line with our Mission and Values.
Onslow Gardens is a newly refurbished facility located in Subiaco, offering a great opportunity to lead a clinical team in residential aged care and transitional care. You will be supported to progress in your CNM role, developing your skills in aged care nursing and clinical leadership.
This position requires a minimum of three years experience as a Clinical Nurse or equivalent, with current registration with the Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, as well as leadership capability and initiative.
As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you can expect a salary equivalent to a public health SRN3, plus the ability to salary package, 5 days of professional development leave per year, and access to our unique staff benefits program. You will also receive discounted membership with the Australian College of Nursing and opportunities for professional development.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to liaise, consult, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. A sound understanding of processes needed to respond to clinical and quality audits using the principles of continuous improvement is also essential.
A WA driver's licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance, and National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old) are mandatory requirements for this position. We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for career progression.
