Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

Job Description

This role involves working as part of a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, and support the overall success of our restaurants. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Preparing and cooking food to order, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, and ensuring accurate orders are fulfilled promptly.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including stockrooms, kitchen areas, and public spaces.
  • Supporting colleagues during peak periods, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure seamless operations.
