About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team at H&M Group. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in creating an inspiring and engaging customer experience in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Garment Presentation and Styling: Ensure that garment presentation in store is in line with the Commercial Handbook and creates exceptional inspiration and guidance with competitive convenience.
  • Visual Merchandising: Secure a high level of styling and fashion inspiration in windows and indoors.
  • Commercial Opportunities: Together with the Department Manager, maximize and drive commercial opportunities in your store within the H&M brand guidelines.
  • Training and Development: Execute visual and commercial training for all colleagues in store to support garment presentation and styling in line with the Commercial Handbook, together with Store Manager and Department Managers.
  • Workload Management: Organize and plan your workload according to business needs and the commercial planner. Ensure safety, security, and administration procedures are always followed.
Requirements
  • Up-to-Date Fashion Knowledge: Up to date with current fashion trends and styling techniques to anticipate our customers' needs.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Customer-centric approach with proven results creating a great customer experience in a Visual Merchandising role.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks based on the needs of our fast-paced business.
  • Commercial Mindset: Commercial mindset with the ability to analyze figures and formulate plans to maximize sales.
  • Leadership and Communication: The ability to delegate, follow up, and provide straightforward feedback with the goal of coaching and developing your team.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with all team members.
