Job Description\

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative mobile applications. As a mid-senior level engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing clean, scalable code solutions that align with business requirements.

  • Work closely with the technical lead to ensure alignment with product and technical roadmap.\
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, design, and delivery through peer reviews.\
  • Actively participate in technical debt management and continuous improvement initiatives.\
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance development productivity and explore AI-powered workflows.\
  • Stay current with AI development trends and share learnings with the team.\
  • Provide guidance and support to junior developers.\
  • Share knowledge and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.\
  • Take ownership of features and projects with appropriate support and guidance.\
    • \Qualifications & Experience\
      • \
      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\
      • 3+ years hands-on Software Engineering experience.\
      • Strong proficiency in React Native (Expo), TypeScript, and JavaScript.\
      • Experience developing mobile applications with modern architectural patterns.\
      • Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, and modern deployment practices.\
      • Understanding of relational databases, API integration, and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT).\
      • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\
      • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.\
      • Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.\
      • Bonus: Experience with microservices, third-party integrations, AI tools, performance optimization, and compliance frameworks.\
