Service Technician Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a skilled Service Technician. With a focus on delivering high-quality maintenance services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and integrity of our installations across Victoria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive maintenance services for all installations at client sites across Victoria.
  • Ensure equipment reliability and integrity by performing routine checks and implementing corrective actions.
  • Perform mechanical maintenance of equipment on customer and company sites, focusing on medical, industrial, food, scientific, and hospitality industries.
  • Install and remove equipment, conduct audits and inspections, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Calibrate and test gas analyzers at customer and company sites.
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting services to resolve equipment issues efficiently.
  • Maintain cryogenic vessels and complete planned maintenance and breakdown tasks as required.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through face-to-face and phone interactions, working closely with local project management and sales teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar service technician position.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific equipment and technologies.
