Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering this high-profile project.

  • Manage onsite technical matters, including construction verification works, scheduling, monitoring, planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate a multi-discipline workforce, comprising direct staff, supplementary labor, and external subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant design, safety, quality, community, environmental, and sustainability-related deliverables and documentation.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Procuring permanent materials and subcontractors.
  • Leading delivery teams and overseeing the implementation of construction methods on site.
  • Monitoring productivity and costs, preparing schedules, and coordinating personnel, equipment, and materials for effective mobilization.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or mining engineering.
  • White Card certification.
  • Driver's license.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the Civil Construction industry, preferably on large-scale projects.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Competence in interpreting and explaining technical schedules and documentation.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and reporting against cost and time.

This role requires a strong understanding of program management, deadlines, and budget controls, as well as high-level verbal and written communication skills.
