Electrical Systems Specialist

About Us
At our alumina refinery, we are committed to creating a safe, stable and sustainable work environment. We are seeking skilled Electrical Tradespeople to join our Boilerhouse Maintenance team on a 9-day fortnight roster.
Your Role
We require individuals who can safely work as part of a team and contribute to the maintenance and repair of electrical and instrumentation equipment. This will include planned maintenance and breakdown repair of a wide range of equipment, as well as working on complex PLC motor control systems.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- A Queensland Electrical Licence is essential
- Experience with instrumentation and high voltage would be highly desirable
- Demonstrated diagnostic fault finding and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with VSDs, PLC logic, electronic relays and fault finding on complex circuits is highly beneficial
