Housekeeping Attendant Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team in a hotel environment.

The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in housekeeping and be able to start work immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitise toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen area
  • Make beds and change linens
  • Wash windows
  • Vacuum and clean carpets and rugs
  • Sweep/vacuum, polish, and mop hard floors
  • Sort, wash, load, and unload laundry
  • Iron clothing items
  • Use cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and other tools
  • Keep bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries, and supplies
  • Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste
  • Steam and clean draperies
  • Wash blinds
  • Tidy up rooms
  • Monitor cleaning supplies and order more as needed
