Mobile HVAC Engineer Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a National Facilities Management company working on prestigious clients' sites in the Berkshire area, M4 Corridor between Reading and Bristol.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks on a variety of plant, equipment and industrial service supplies including: HVAC Plant and all associated Equipment, Industrial / Commercial Chillers and various split systems, Building management Systems, AHU Plant and associated Equipment.
  • Carry out reactive repair tasks on site plant and equipment.
  • Work as an on-call duty engineer as part of a team rota if required.
  • Complete site work order documentation to required site standards.

Requirements:
  • Solid background working in a HVAC Engineering role.
  • Trade Qualifications and Refrigeration Qualifications NVQ/C&G Certificate.
  • FGAS qualification is essential.
  • Electrically qualified or competent.
  • Data Centre experience would be a distinct advantage.
  • Refrigerant handling certification.
  • Knowledge of Permit to Work System.
  • Ability to sustain effective relationships.
  • Some Knowledge of Building Management Systems would be an advantage.
  • A Full UK Driving licence.
