About the Role

The Employment Coach role involves working with customers to improve their employability and find them suitable job opportunities. The role requires effective case management, assessment of customer needs, and matching them with appropriate job openings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing action plans for customers;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports;
  • Collaborating with employers to identify suitable job opportunities;
  • Providing support and guidance to customers throughout the recruitment process;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A Certificate IV in Employment Services or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong administration and IT literacy skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Previous experience in the employment services industry (desired).
