Senior Plaintiff Solicitor

AFL Recruitment is seeking a skilled Senior Plaintiff Solicitor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of plaintiff personal injury cases, providing expert guidance and support to clients.
  • Work closely with senior lawyers to develop and implement case strategies, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and prepare legal submissions to support client claims.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed and updated throughout the claims process.

Requirements:

  • Admitted as a solicitor in NSW with a minimum of 18 months of hands-on plaintiff personal injury law experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of CTP, public liability, and work injury damages.
  • Excellent legal drafting and communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work towards career advancement with a leading firm.
