About the Role:
ORS Group is seeking a highly skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our Workplace Rehabilitation division. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical services and evidence-based case management for injured workers, enabling them to return to work and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized rehabilitation plans for clients
- Provide evidence-based interventions and case management to support clients' recovery and return to work
- Collaborate with clients, employers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practice health engagement strategies
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date with industry developments
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology
- Registration or ability to become registered with ESSA
- Australian driver's license and access to a car
- National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
