Personal Care Support Worker - St George Area

Montefiore's Help at Home service is seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to provide personal care and support to our clients in the St George area.

The role involves delivering a range of services, including:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as showering, toileting, and feeding
  • Providing social support and companionship to enhance the client's quality of life
  • Working collaboratively with our team to develop personalized care plans

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess:

  • Previous experience working with complex needs and supporting vulnerable individuals
  • A relevant qualification such as Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability
  • Availability to work during the week, AM and PM shifts, and on weekends
  • Covid-19 vaccine recommended but not mandatory
  • Ability to undergo a National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check

As a valued member of our team, you will receive ongoing training and support to ensure you feel confident and competent in your role.
