Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Early Years Training Specialist to deliver trauma-informed training packages nationwide. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape practice in early years education and equipping services to achieve high standards of care and safety for children.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering training in trauma-informed practice, early childhood education, or child and family services. They must possess strong knowledge of trauma, family systems, child development, and evidence-informed models of practice.

Key responsibilities include designing and adapting training packages to reflect best practice and meet diverse community needs, coordinating and delivering trauma-informed training packages to educators and teachers across South Australia, and supporting educator capability to create safe, inclusive, and high-quality learning environments.
