The Senior Case Manager will provide advocacy and support to CALD victim survivors. The role involves mentoring and guiding Case Managers in the team, supporting their professional development, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to the role and/or extensive experience in a similar role.
  • High-level understanding of domestic and family violence and/or family services or child safety sectors.
  • Ability to work well in and with a team.
