Accounts Receivable Officer

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Ensure timely and accurate billing to airline customers.
  • Raise and issue invoices/credit notes, resolve billing issues, and monitor overdue accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve disputes in a timely manner.
  • Manage accounts receivable balances, maintain a professional approach with customers.

To succeed, you'll need:

  • Qualification in Accounting.
  • High-volume accounts receivable experience.
  • Customer service focus.
  • Airport/airline industry knowledge.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
