About This Role- Based at our North Lakes store, this management position requires working 10 days and 76 hours over a fortnight, including every second weekend.
You will support the Store Manager to achieve store sales and profit results by providing expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers, promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, and ensuring all customers receive unparalleled service every time.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and coaching to the team to drive sales performance and improve customer satisfaction.
- Drive incremental sales improvements across multiple sales channels.
- Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers.
- Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts.
- Ensure all customers receive unparalleled service every time.
