About the Role

We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team in Cooma, a picturesque town in the Snowy Mountains region. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who values work-life balance and enjoys the outdoors.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree or higher in Science/Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent qualification, with subjects relevant to pathology from a recognised tertiary institution.

Key responsibilities include delivering operational laboratory activities, coordinating scientific and technical training, and reviewing laboratory practices to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Science/Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in pathology services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
