Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst to join our team at TST Group. As an Agile Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business value and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Develop and maintain business cases and project plans
  • Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering sessions
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation
  • Identify and mitigate business risks
  • Develop and maintain business metrics and KPIs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an IT business analyst in the financial industry
  • Understanding of investment banking products, Pn L, Market, and Credit Risk
  • Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle, with experience in working in an agile project and using collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Solid understanding of complex IT systems landscape: experience in defining interfaces and messaging protocols would be an advantage
  • Advanced SQL & Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills
  • Experience of managing projects that span change across multiple systems and teams
  • Experience within Conduct or Regulatory would be an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with all levels within the organization
  • Multitasking and Time Management Skills
