Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for identifying and removing duplicate or outdated records from internal systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Merge, update, or delete entries based on set rules and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of changes and actions taken.
  • Work within existing systems and databases to support data cleansing activities.
  • Ensure data handling aligns with privacy, confidentiality, and compliance guidelines.
  • Support general administrative tasks related to the project as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in data entry, records management, or administrative roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Confident navigating databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to follow procedures and work independently in a high-volume environment.
  • Previous experience in government or compliance-driven environments is a plus.
