Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee and supervise daily store operations, ensuring outstanding service is provided to customers.
  • To work closely with Store Managers in leading the team and managing operations to achieve success.
  • To coach and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service.
  • To live, breathe, and role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers.
  • To be a safety leader, providing the safest work environment for yourself, team members, and customers.
  • To set a positive example at all times.
  • To often have opening and closing responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience or a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience.
  • Ideally have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge.
  • Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver's licence.
  • Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature).
  • Prioritise safety.
