Strategic Category Expert

We are seeking a strategic leader to manage category strategies, negotiate supplier contracts, and drive innovation in the supply base. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and executing category and sourcing strategies to ensure competitive costs and reliable supply.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute category strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability;
- Negotiate supplier contracts to secure favorable terms and conditions;
- Manage supplier performance to meet business KPIs and deliver commercial outcomes;
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field;
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, ideally with exposure to chemicals or manufacturing;
- Strong experience sourcing packaging or direct materials;
- Commercially sharp with proven negotiation skills and ability to manage complex stakeholders;
