About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehousing Professional to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, receiving and processing incoming inventory, organizing and storing inventory, managing orders accurately, and ensuring invoicing is completed for assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Receive, verify and process incoming inventory from clients
  • Organize and store inventory in designated areas
  • Manage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Book final mile carriers for clients ensuring best options are selected
  • Ensure invoicing is completed for assigned accounts
  • Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and safety procedures
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions
  • Communicate with clients regarding inventory levels, order status and shipping schedules
  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a warehouse environment
  • Advantageous to have knowledge of Cargo Wise or WMS
  • Experience in a 3PL warehouse environment, apparel experience preferred
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 15kg
