Airport Restaurant Supervisor Position

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional quality in food and service at Newcastle Airport. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires strong leadership skills to support the direction of team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the clear direction of team members on shift.
- Ensure high standards of food and service quality.
- Assist in staff operations, including scheduling shifts and managing labour resources.
- Oversee stock, inventory, and cash management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site policies/procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience (minimum 6 months).
- Ability to supervise staff, implement leadership skills, and promote teamwork.
- Cash, stock, and labour control skills.
- Dispute management/conflict resolution skills.
- Flexibility across work days/hours.
