Job Title: Senior Contracts Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team at Streamtalent. As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager with the administrative functions of projects, ensuring that clients' expectations are met in terms of project quality, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager with the administrative functions of projects, including managing entire procurement processes, ensuring that clients' expectations are met in terms of project quality, time, and budget.
  • Prepare and review head and subcontract variations, meet target budget lettings for subcontractor packages, and tender packages that cover full scope.
  • Ensure that subcontractor information is received and processed, and progress claims and variations are paid on time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience on projects valued at $20m and above.
  • Experience with Tier 1-2 Builders, ideally with experience working on Government projects/GC21 experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish, with good career tenure showing loyalty and reliability.
  • Relevant construction qualifications and experience.
  • Willingness to work across various project locations in Sydney.
