About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our Trade Centre in Coopers Plains, QLD. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing strong relationships with depot/agencies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop good working relationships with depot/agencies
  • Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
  • Cash handling / EFTPOS
  • Accurately mix and tint paint
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels
Requirements
  • Confident with people and great communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with our paint and other heavy products (up to 25kgs) in store at times
  • Possess an interest in our products
  • Have the ability to communicate clearly with customers
  • Enjoy building relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role
  • Retail/Trade sales experience would be desirable
