Job Summary


We're seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Store Manager in Plenty Valley. As a Tarocash leader, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and developing a high-performing team that delivers outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, marketing, and customer engagement strategies
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team that delivers outstanding customer service
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive company-wide initiatives
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, competitor activity, and market trends to make informed business decisions
  • Identify opportunities to maximize sales and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Work closely with the training team to ensure staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent customer service

Requirements:



  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a menswear or fashion industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Able to lead by example and embody the Tarocash values of teamwork, passion, and excellence
