About the Role

UGL is seeking a skilled Salesforce specialist to lead the implementation of Salesforce and drive improvements across other key operational systems.

This 12-month max-term role involves working out of our Brisbane office with a plan to transfer to a permanent position at the end of the term. Your primary focus will be on evaluating the affiliate company's instance of Salesforce to assess alignment with our company's processes and procedures.

You will identify differences, document them, and provide detailed recommendations for improvement. Once a direction is set, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementation, acting as the key interface between IT teams.

The scope of this role extends beyond Salesforce, requiring you to review and enhance other systems and processes across pre-contracts, tendering, forecasting, project scheduling, and operations.

Your responsibilities will include engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements, aligning the current Salesforce instance with UGL's business needs and best practices, conducting gap analysis, and proposing process improvements and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Align current Salesforce instance with UGL's business needs and Salesforce best practice.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Act as the primary interface with affiliate company's Salesforce team and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient system use.
  • Evaluate and enhance other systems such as tendering, forecasting, scheduling, and operations.
  • Recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency and integration across systems.

About You:

  • Proven expertise in hands-on Salesforce development and end-to-end implementation.
  • System evaluation, process enhancement, and lifecycle project management.
  • Ability to navigate and manage diverse stakeholder priorities with confidence and diplomacy.
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct gap analysis and develop actionable proposals.
  • Ability to lead a team post-implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders.
