Chef - Camberwell

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Regis Camberwell, a leading provider of aged care services. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for the daily cooking and preparation of high-quality meals for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with our site's Food Safety Plan and quality standards.
• Supervise and support the catering team to ensure the delivery of exceptional client food services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety policies and procedures, including monitoring and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Chef Manager to develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
• Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in commercial cookery, with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
