Job Description
We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Customer Advisor at our Mornington branch.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer service or sales environments and possess demonstrated competence in achieving consistent sales results. They must be able to confidently communicate with customers face-to-face and over the phone, as well as understand and share what makes our organisation different.

About the Role
This is a full-time position located at our Mornington branch, requiring 76 hours per fortnight. As a Customer Advisor, you will be the face of the organisation and play a critical role in building meaningful relationships with customers to help them meet their financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR FINANCIAL GOALS AND PROVIDE RELEVANT SOLUTIONS.
- PROMOTE OUR ORGANISATION'S PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO MEET CUSTOMER NEEDS.
- WORK CLOSELY WITH COLLEAGUES TO MEET TEAM OBJECTIVES AND CONTRIBUTE TO A POSITIVE WORKING ENVIRONMENT.
