Senior Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Human Capital team, specialising in Organisation Design and Agile Transformation. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to transform their business through their people, helping them become future-focused and adaptable to changing market conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Assess organisations using analytical tools and techniques to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement tailored roadmaps for clients to accelerate their agility journey
- Provide coaching and training to individuals and teams on Agile practices and quality oversight
- Measure outcomes and identify improvement areas to drive business value
We are looking for experienced Agile practitioners with a strong understanding of project management frameworks, including Agile principles and transformation. You will have excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate strategic goals into Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Experience in coaching and managing individuals or small teams is also essential.
