We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Christmas Casual.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where you'll have the chance to make a real impact on customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll bring your passion for delivering outstanding customer service and your enthusiasm for creating an unforgettable experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a standout experience for every customer - make it memorable
  • Support your team to drive sales and KPI goals
  • Maintain stock levels – receive, restock, and keep shelves full
  • Pick and pack click & dispatch orders
  • Ensure the store looks fresh and tidy
  • Bring a positive attitude and a team-first approach every shift
What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with:

  • Full availability from October to mid-January, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
  • Retail experience is beneficial but not essential
  • A genuine passion for sneakers and delivering exceptional customer service
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-motivation and goal-driven mindset
  • Openness to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement
