Job Title: Site Administrator Derrimut VIC

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Administrator to join our team at Derrimut VIC. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the Operations Supervisor/s and colleagues in the wider warehouse operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive employees, customers, contractors, and visitors to the site, including site inductions
  • Coordinate, collate, and process various information for contractors and employees into our systems (e.g., weekly timesheets, licenses, training records, safety data, etc.)
  • Complete regular and ad-hoc general administrative tasks
  • Help develop, maintain, update, and share relevant site processes, procedures, and other information

Requirements:

  • Good written and verbal communication, time management, and customer service skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, know when to seek advice, suggest solutions, or escalate as required
  • Bonus: experience working in a warehousing/distribution environment
