Job Opportunity

Campsie RSL Group is seeking staff to deliver exceptional customer service in the gaming area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tray service for food and beverages.
  • Supply, dispense or mix liquor.
  • Maintain clean gaming floor areas, including picking up glasses and cups.
  • Perform cleaning duties in areas like toilets, drink stations, and walkways.
  • Handle basic customer enquiries.
  • Ensure chairs and stools are orderly at all times.
  • Follow cash handling procedures.
  • Adhere to workplace policies and team guidelines.
  • Provide a safe work environment through health and safety practices.
  • Perform duties consistent with the club's vision and policies.
Requirements:
  • Necessary qualifications: NSW Competency Card, School certificate and good communication skills.
  • Flexible roster, availability to work days, nights and weekends.
  • Able to work standing and walking for 5 hours continuously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and good English command.
  • A current Police Clearance certificate.
