This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn and take on new challenges. As a Process Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment on food processing lines, ensuring quality and reliability while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

You will work in a collaborative team environment, contributing to the success of our company by delivering high-quality products to our customers.   • A proactive-can do attitude with an invested interest in continuous improvement and advancement in your role
  • Must be physically fit, able to repetitively lift between 15-20kg
  • Be willing to work in a cold environment (between 2-4 degrees). We provide PPE to keep you warm
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills
  • Be eager to learn and adapt to daily challenges
  • Experience in (FMCG) with in the food industry will be highly regarded but not essential
  • Awareness and high regards in food safety, quality assurance and HACCP, would be good but we will train you
  • Flexibility to work over-time hours as and when required
