The Role:

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and passionate Health & Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for planning and implementing health and lifestyle programs that promote a culture of health and wellbeing among village residents.

You must have the drive and self-motivation to plan and implement creative programs that meet the expectations and requirements of our clients and align with our organization's Healthy Lifestyle Plan.

This role requires a FIFO schedule, with 14/7 roster potential to transition into an 8/6 roster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement health and lifestyle programs that promote a culture of health and wellbeing
  • Meet the expectations and requirements of clients and align with our organization's Healthy Lifestyle Plan
  • Work as part of a dynamic team where expertise and assistance are recognized
  • Foster a culture of health and wellbeing among village residents

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology, Human Movement, Sports Science, or Physical and Health Education
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Pilates, yoga, Les Mills, gym-based personal training, or equivalent
  • Australian Drivers License
  • Clean National Police Clearance within a six month period
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to motivate people with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to promote company health and lifestyle services
