You will be responsible for identifying Return to Work barriers, designing and implementing programs to assist injured employees in returning to the workforce, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
About the Role- Identify RTW barriers and develop solutions to assist injured employees
- Design and implement RTW programs to promote safe return to work
- Collaborate with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive successful return to work strategies

Key Skills and Qualifications- Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work
- AHPRA or ASORC registration
- Proven experience in RTW facilitation and case management
