Job Description

PayTech Nexus Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Product Development Lead - Customer Experience Expert to join our team. As a key member of our New Product Development squad, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our spend and usage strategy and proposition.

We are looking for someone with a proven ability to drive outcomes and execute on a roadmap of initiatives. You will lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and concept development to launch, ensuring products are designed to meet market demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth while ensuring changes are safely executed and risk outcomes are met.
  • Analyse product performance, KPIs, and customer complaints to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and assist with regulatory responses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Chapter lead for Simple Credit Product and Solutions, who will support your performance and development. You will also contribute to the development and execution of our NPD's strategy from solution development through to delivery.

Requirements:
  • Sound ability to drive outcomes and execute on a roadmap of initiatives.
  • Sound communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills coupled with a strong ability to innovate and think differently about strategies to grow the portfolio.
  • Experience in delivering strong outcomes in an Agile environment.
