Traveling Beauty Demo Artist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated beauty advisor to join our team as a traveling demo artist. This role involves demonstrating products to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales goals.
The ideal candidate will have proven retail experience in the cosmetics industry, excellent makeup and artistry skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with colleagues and management, and adapt to changing priorities.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Achieving sales targets by executing promotional and event calendars in-store.
- Providing inspirational and personalized customer service by educating customers on products and developing personal relationships.
- Demonstrating products on customers and explaining their benefits.
- Participating in in-store events to drive business and ensuring they are on-brand at all times.
- Maintaining the store's appearance and merchandising standards.
To succeed in this role, applicants must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is also beneficial.
