- Foster a deep understanding of the new payroll platform and its features.

- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize process mapping tools such as Visio to create clear and concise business process diagrams.
- Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach, ensuring seamless integration of changes across the organization.
