Key Responsibilities- Conduct virtual consultations via phone and video for general health concerns, chronic conditions, and acute presentations
- Provide prescriptions, referrals, pathology requests, and ongoing treatment plans
- Review structured patient histories before consultations to improve clinical efficiency
- Carry out follow-ups and long-term care management, ensuring continuity of care
- Support a diverse patient base, including individuals in regional and remote areas who may have limited access to in-person care
