HSE Specialist

This role involves supporting the Workplace Manager in implementing and maintaining Mirvac's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management System and Workplace Risk Management Plan. As HSE Advisor, you'll provide guidance and support on health, safety, and environmental matters.

• Develop and implement HSE initiatives and programs aligned with legislative requirements.
• Collaborate with the Workplace HSE team to ensure effective HSE management.
• Prepare monthly HSE reports and present them to management and employees.
• Communicate HSE information to increase awareness and understanding among employees.
• Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and best practices in HSE management.
• Provide timely advice to managers on HSE issues.
• Facilitate incident investigations with site management to identify root causes and corrective actions.

About You

• You have formal training in Occupational Health and Safety or related fields and 3-5 years of experience in overseeing and promoting HSE requirements.
• You possess good communication skills, effective time management, and conflict resolution capabilities.
