NSW Mobile Speed Camera Program Manager

The role of a Territory Manager is to lead and manage a team of mobile speed camera operators to ensure the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of speed camera operations across NSW.
This position combines leadership, operational oversight, stakeholder engagement, and compliance management to drive program success and support road safety initiatives in NSW.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mobile speed camera operators to deliver high-quality enforcement operations across NSW.
- Oversee daily program delivery, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and service standards.
- Drive operational improvements, innovation, and efficiency to enhance program outcomes.
- Manage staffing, rostering, resources, and budgets to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to support program success.
- Experience as an operational leader in high-compliance environments such as transport, utilities, or government services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, resources, and budgets while maintaining safety and service standards.
- Proven track record of driving improvements that lift performance and customer outcomes.
- A full and valid Australian Driver's license.
