Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

At Cash Converters, we're looking for a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Stafford. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our business.

About the Role:
  • You'll provide top-notch customer service, addressing their needs, and exceeding their expectations.
  • Utilize your product knowledge to sell a diverse range of items, including mobile phones, power tools, gaming consoles, musical instruments, and more.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers, working collaboratively with colleagues to meet sales targets.
  • Negotiate win-win solutions with customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Research and compare prices, features, and stock levels to differentiate our products from competitors.
  • Introduce customers to our online offerings if they don't find what they need in-store.
About You:
  • Prior customer service experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Availability to work weekends (Monday to Saturday trading) is required.
  • You'll possess a friendly, welcoming demeanor, with excellent communication skills to understand customer needs.
  • Able to think on your feet and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Enjoy getting creative with store displays and merchandising.
  • Willingness to develop new skills and knowledge to grow within the business.
